Changes to our Face to Face visitor information service
On Friday 8 May 2020 the SA Government released their road map for easing COVID-19 restrictions. Step 1 of the road map allows for the re-opening of local government non-essential indoor facilities for a maximum of 10 visitors.
The City of Victor Harbor will be re-opening its Visitor Centre to the public from 9am on Monday, 18 May 2020 but the service will be different to normal to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
As per government directives, a maximum of 40 customers are allowed in the Visitor Centre at any one time.
The City of Victor Harbor is taking measures to help keep our customers and staff safe. To help us to do this it is vital that our customers:
• Do not attend the Visitor Information Centre if they have any symptoms of a cold or flu
• Keep a 1.5 metre distance from others
• Wash hands or use hand sanitiser before entering and exiting the Visitor Information Centre
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene practices (especially covering coughs and sneezes)
Our staff will also be undertaking additional cleaning throughout each day.
Booking are also able to be made online via www.encountervictorharbor.com.au and by calling 1800 557 094.
